So who here that lives in melbourne is going to Armageddon? I am thinking of going there because of the anime, I would love to buy some more anime merchandice.

For those of you who don't know what Armageddon is, it is a convention with lots of things including anime, gaming, comics, sci-fi and much more! There is alot of things to see such as voice actors from anime, such as Crispin Freeman and celebrites.

arggh billy west... last year i was in line to get other peoples signatures to pass the time waiting for his thing since they wouldn't let us line up for him yet... then after we got our other things signed we went straight back to the start of the line and it was already full and we weren't allowed to line up...

i don't like anime but i like video games and stuff, the stalls there are interesting too so i'm thinking of going just for fun, not to see anyone in particular.

I'm sorry, but that's the most bogan-ist, most "Vegemite-sandwich" sounding name in all of Australia (next to Yarra Wonga). I have heard many a time, but i never loses its quality. Bloody rootin tootin Puckapunyl.

I felt a little cheated when I first saw the Armageddon television ad and discovered it was voiced by Sean Schemmel, only to check out the Armageddon Expo website and found there was no mention of him in the Special Guests section.

That being said I still intend to go, though it'll have to be on the Sunday as I have commitments on Saturday. Looking at the schedule it looks as though Saturday is going to be the better day.

Well here is what I bought fellas. I spent $85 in total surprisingly.

I bought a Renji plushie for a friend of mine.

I finally got myself an awesome Initial D cap. I have not seen one this good in person.

And I bought myself Volumes 1 and 2 of the Initial D manga. I couldn't find Volume 1 there, but each manga book was only $5 each so I decided to buy these two.

That concludes what I bought. It was a good day today, but I only spent about an hour walking around the expo. There was not much else to do other than buy things.

Same here. However, instead of being hungover and having a dead motherboard, I ended up dislocating my big toe and had to have the bone popped back into it's socket. Luckily eGames is in two weeks so that should give me some time to get myself right for the event.

Ouch!
Had a similar thing happen to me playing futsal... some douchebag missed the ball when having a shot at goal and kicked me square on the end of my big toe. Was bruised and swollen for ages (couldnt put a shoe onto my foot!), lost the nail, and is still giving me trouble! (yay....)

eGames should be good though!
