I'm ordering Phoenix Wright 3 and the Super Mario Galaxy soundtrack.
Im fairly certain that PW3 will work on my DS (what with the words 'No region protection' placed beneath it) but is there some kind of region lock on CD's that i'm yet to hear of?
Just asking to make sure, i've had terrible luck with buying things online in the past and Google isn't helping.

From my Experience CD's aren't region locked
as CD shops tend to import albums if you request them to.
so it should be fine.

Thank you very much :D
I'm now having the time of my life, knowing a FedEx package will soon be heading my way. It's so worth the 19 dollars.

Am I correct in saying you get a $5 off voucher in every parcel you get from them? I just made my first order earlier this week and someone gave me a voucher, oh and the affiliate links!

Not every one, but in most of them. There would be enough floating around the site such that we can all use them whenever.

Hooray! My knowlege is coming to good use for once!
You can pay using a credit card, Paypal, and according to the list...bank transfer is on the list but I don't know if Aussies can do that to an american account or whatever they have. You can try I guess if you don't have a credit card.
They say when I chose 'Manual Payment" (Bank Transfer, wire, T/T, Western Union) that "After you placed your order, an e-mail will be sent to you describing on how to settle your payment by one of the various payment methods we offer.
As for all of our e-mails, in case you have problems in receiving them you can always read them in your 'My Account'."
So...yeah? I reccommend a credit card, orif your too young look at getting a BOPO, which is an underage prepaid credit card
Don't forget to use my link to buy freeloader if I helped at all ;)
If I didn't, PM me or email me (using the msn link I have below my siggy), I'll try to help. Helping is fun!

You can, I've been doing it that way for years.

They ship from Hong Kong (its Play-ASIA), and it takes two weeks with non-express post.

CDs don't have any form of region coding at all. Play-Asia always notes region compatibility on their items, if there is no mention that means the medium is region free.
Worth noting however is that not all music CDs are "compact disc digital audio" certified which means that its possible they may require a special player to be listened to on a CD and for Japanese CDs the player may not work without Japanese fonts and the like. Of course this would be a rather rare case.

I hear Play-Asia is reliable, but I'm seeing a few people saying that they will have a small amount of stock on Brawl copies (If I'm hearing that correctly...) I might consider ordering from there in a weeks time (plus Freeloader, whenever that's available). But is that true? Do they only have a small amount of Brawl copies?

Nobody know how many they have, but we do know this; demand is greater than supply.

Hey guys just wondering about some stuff ... when you buy a console from them do they provide a adapter for the system so it can work on our 240v or do we have to get one ourselves, also do they pack they're products well.
thanks in advance for your help guys
edit also is there any customs or duty fees? for something like a console
edit Never mind I dont like what I've been reading about the Jap model not being able to show blood and other mature content so ... nm

The consoles come with the default power adaptor for the region of the unit. You will need to either get an adaptor (socket and/or voltage depending) or supply your own Australian power cord/brick.
If the power brick is internal like PS3 its a whole different matter I won't go into.
