Searching Memberlist suggestion

Didnt see this posted after a quick look so thought i'd ask.

I never really noticed this before but when I want to look up a member's profile in the Memberlist there isnt an option which you can simply type in the name and search for them quickly, like on many other forums which I go to. It's all done by sorting here from what I saw. I just thought that maybe a bar be added in where we can type in names to find them quickly instead of going through pages and pages just to find someone. Is that possible?

Can't comment on implementing features, but in the meantime, you can actually pass the name to profile.php if you like, instead of the usual ID number. For instance, http://www.aussie-nintendo.com/forum/profile.php?mode=viewprofile&u=Captain

will bring up Captain's profile. That link can be copied from the 'view profile' button beneath any post, you just have to put a name where the number at the end is. It's a roundabout solution though, I know; you have to encode space as +, not sure about other symbols.

Or you can do a general search, but search by author. That will bring up all of their posts which will then link you with their profile.
