A Night In Fantasia 2008 ??

So who went to ANIF last year? I thought it was spectacular! And there was apparentally a record number of those in attendance compared to the last few years. With that in mind, has anyone heard of any kind of news regarding A Night In Fantasia 2008 ? If it happens this year (and im hoping it does), i would so love Super Mario Galaxy and Brawl's original pieces to be included in the Symphonic Games Edition. PLEASE EMINENCE LET US KNOW! >_<

I went last year and it was great, also my thoughts exactly with Super Mario Galaxy music and Brawl music. That would be awesome. Can't wait until another one.

I'll drag my mate Termin8 into this thread somehow. I think he said something about them hoping to expand the event this year, they ultimately aim to even take it internationally. Not sure how they're handling those poseurs from the professional orchestra competition though.

You have to realise though, they they make next to no money on the performances, so if you want to help them out and keep them going, buy their CDs. Because it is worrying that they're website is still advertising t buy tickets to events that happend in 07.

yeh what a shame that is, kinda weird for an official website. where would you go to find their CD's anyway? id love to grab anif07's lineup of pieces.
