Hey, I was wondering if anyone could help me find a place within Melbourne where I could buy the Appetite for Destruction LP Record by Guns N' Roses. Any help would be much appreciated!

Bit of a collector eh? :P

Guns N' Roses are easily my favourite band....EVARR!

I'd love a copy of AFD on vinyl as well as UYI I & II. There's plenty of places in Tassie that have copies. Don't know about Melbourne though..

OP, you wouldn't happen to be any good at digitising records would you?

They should have some at Tommy Gun Records. They used to anyway. It's in Elizabeth St.

Elizabeth Street in Hobart, you know where the mall is? Well, the street that intersects the mall is Elizabeth Street, and if you go up the street (so you ascend) you should find Tommy Gun on the left. Awesome store <3

Yeah that's the one <3

Speaking of G N' R, I've had an Appetite For Destruction t-shirt on order at Tommy Gun for quite a while now...

I'm with joosch, i like slash and all, but axles voice just pisses me off. Everytime I listen to a GNR song I feel like axle is gonna stop everything and tell me off for mentally throwing stuff at him.

I have recently acquired the original "Appetite for Destruction" cd, the one with the "banned" artwork on the front. Its pretty awesome, havent opened it as I already have another "Appetite for Destruction" cd. :P

I think he has the most versatile voice I've ever heard and I'd kill to have it! He's possibly the greatest rock n roll frontman of all time.

Awesome! Where did you find it?

Favorite track? Mine are definitely Paradise City and Mr. Brownstone. But I love every single one! :D

EDIT: 600th Post!

I found it at a place called Record Collectors Corner which is located at 240 Swanston Walk. And my favourite song would have to be Paradise City closely followed by Welcome to the Jungle.

Awesome! The outro to Paradise city is simply stunning. I love it how it escalates to a break-neck speed and has heaps of facemelting solos by Slash :)
