Silent Hill: Shattered Memories - new trailer
 Konami has released a new trailer for the upcoming Silent Hill: Shattered Memories, which is expected to reach Australia in February 2010.

Looks nice.
If the chase sequences create a sense of urgency in the player (like when you heard the Chainsaw bloke coming for Leon in RE4), and allow creative interaction with the environment on the way - i.e knocking over tables and shelves to slow the chasing monsters as you run away, or hitting switches to activate traps, then this should be a pretty enjoyable game, when combined with the errie setting exploration and puzzle solving.

yes. but there's no surefire date, could go as far as mid-2010 for all we know.
GAME/EBgames don't have any date or even acknowledge the games existence. Where did Dave get this info from? |

It's already been pushed back from Q4 of 2009 to Q1 of 2010, so it wouldn't be pushed back to mid-2010.

While I'm unsure if I welcome the change in gameplay it certainly does look right up my alley. I wish I had a wii to play this on.
