European online retailer Intertoys has listed the Nintendo DSi release date as April 3. While we're not the types to believe the release dates of every online shop we see, it does give us a glimmer of hope that the DSi is not too far in the horizon.

I hope so. I've been holding out on buying a DS to pick up a DSi. Sooner the better.

This would be good if it is true because my DS Lite is very much broken so I'm borrowing my brother's old one until the DSi comes out...

I think waiting for the official announcement from Nintendo themselves maybe a better idea. I mean, they still need to roll out Club Nintendo for Australia.
