Just as our tender Australian feet fall into the season known as Autumn (pinch and a punch for the first day of the month!), the Australian Classifications Board has given us a slew of new game ratings to collectively chew upon in an intelligent and upstanding manner. (G)
For the Wii, Boom Blox Bash Party finds it's way to the ACB with a slightly altered title - Smash looks set to replace Bash in a switch that may or may not offend self-proclaimed 'hardcore' video game consumers. Australia doesn't seem to be the only country getting smashed instead of bashed, so at least we have company!
Casper's Scare School: Spooky Sports Day looks set to sail into our secured shores on both the S.S. Wii and safe ship DS, while Sports Island 2 plans to invade the Wii from an aerial parachute drop* sometime soon. Prope's Let's Tap sister game, Let's Catch, will similarly invade the Wii by using ingenious digital distribution methods to sneak beneath the barbed wire and find a home inside the 'WiiWare' section. If any of the above doesn't fancy your tickle, then maybe Emma At The Farm, Pop Superstar: Road To Celebrity or Real Football 2009 (I think they mean soccer) won't either.
As always, the full list of game ratings by the Australian Classifications Board from the past week can be found below:

Damn, I'd better go pre-order Casper's Scare School: Spooky Sports Day tomorrow. How awkward would it be if I were to walk in on launch day and find it sold out!

So we are still milking Brain Training and Wii Sports rip-offs are we? Why do I still own a Wii anyway?

G, that's no surprise considering the bunch of "games" listed.
Emma at the Farm could potentially get a higher classification under subsequent reviews in the future.
