Level-5's football (gasp, soccer) RPG series Inazuma Eleven has been a massive success in Japan, with two DS games - a third on the way - and an anime series. In an interview with Level-5 CEO Akihiro Hino (yet to be fully published online), Cubed3 confirms that multimedia company Arait Multimedia has picked up the rights to Inazuma Eleven in Europe.
They'll start by showing the anime series, followed by the first DS game shortly after. Arait may have the rights, but it's not yet known who will actually publish the titles. While they're RPGs, there's actually football in them, complete with over-the-top special moves and... I don't know, angst I guess.
