Nintendo Shop Updates: November 20th

Welcome to this weeks installment of Nintendo Shop Updates, six new titles are available today on WiiWare and DSiWare. Two new demos were also added to the Wii Shop Channel which are Pokemon Rumble and World of Goo.

Title: Pokemon Rumble
System: WiiWare

1500 Nintendo Points
Pokemon leaves the classic turn based fighting style behind in Pokemon Rumble where you choose from a large selection of toy Pokemon to battle in out against various enemies. Groups of opponents will approach you in a variety of levels which tests your battling skills, some opponents will even join your team thus expanding your collection. You can also go all out in a Battle Royale where up to four players go against each other in a ring, who will be the last standing?

Title: Shootanto: Evolutionary Mayhem
System: WiiWare
Price:
500 Nintendo Points
In this classic gallery shooting game you start off as a monkey chucking coconuts and eventually evolve into a modern day human using a gun. Don't expect much depth but it's a fun game for little bursts of target shooting, it's also fun playing as all the various stages in the evolution line.


Title: Clubhouse Games Express: Strategy Games
System: DSiWare
Price:
500 Nintendo Points
Containing five games from the full retail version, Strategy Games includes the classic Backgammon, invade your enemy's land in Field Tactics, trap your opponents pieces and capture them in Turncoat, the Connect Four rip-off Connect Five and the Battle Ship style game Grid Attack.

Title: UNO
System: DSiWare

500 Nintendo Points
A portable version of the WiiWare UNO released two weeks ago. This is basically the same as the WiiWare version just without WiiSpeak, you can use the DSi Camera to take a photo of yourself to use in-game though.

Title: MyNotebook
System: DSiWare
Price:
200 Nintendo Points
From the creators of Pop!, MyNotebook offers you a virtual pen and paper which allows you can save notes and drawings on your DSi. This version offers a blue colour scheme with two different colour coming out over the next two weeks. There are over eighteen different paper styles to choose from and various pens and tools to use which will allow you to customise your notebook to reflect your personality or mood.

Title: Army Defender
System: DSiWare
Price:
200 Nintendo Points
This "Defend Your Castle" style game has a slight spin as you try to protect your army base. Various enemy troops, helicopters, tanks and weapons will try to break through your wall as you try to keep them away with various upgrades and power ups.

Grabbed MyNotebook and the demo for Pokemon Rumble. Was sad when the demo ended, it's damn fun for such a mindless button masher.

Anyone notice that the table in which you run and choose the world you go to is on a table. Like you go to the edge of the screen and there is timber.

I don't think Army Defender was released in Australia, because it doesn't appear in my shop.
