Ogre Battle 64 hits the Virtual Console

It looks like another Hanabi Festival is on the way, as the Australian Classification Board has rated Ogre Battle 64: Person of Lordly Caliber for a Virtual Console release. None of the Ogre Battle games ever made it over here; this one was co-developed by Quest and Nintendo back in 1999. It sold around four and a half copies in America.

The game's a pretty serious real time strategy RPG.

I found myself wondering whether the topic title must have been some kind of joke at first :P
