Nintendo Shop Updates: December 4th

Welcome to this weeks installment of Nintendo Shop Updates, seven new titles are available today on the Virtual Console, WiiWare and DSiWare.

Title: Happy Holidays: Christmas
System: WiiWare
Price: 500 Nintendo Points
Like the Halloween edition, this is basically an application that allows you to create Christmas ecards with a tree, decorations, frames, stickers and music which you can then send to your Wii friends. Wii consoles will also need to have this application downloaded to view the full version of the card you send out otherwise they' wont be able to view the full card.

Title: Mahjong
System: WiiWare
Price: 500 Nintendo Points
Mahjong features 30 layouts of the traditional tile-matching game in 3D, each with millions of different shuffles to play. The game's style and interface has been designed for easy intuitive operation with the Wii Remote and zooming is possible with the push of a button. The graphics can be customised with six fabulous tile-sets and a wide variety of backgrounds. Additional brain-sharpening challenges come with the extra mini-games "Memory" and "Matching".

Title: Earthworm Jim 2
System: Virtual Console
Price: 800 Nintendo Points
The Sega Mega Drive version of the ever popular Earthworm Jim returns to the Virtual Console once again with Earthworm Jim 2. Featuring various levels, many of which branch off from the standard platforming style, Earthworm Jim must save Princess What’s-Her-Name from the evil Bob the Goldfish with the help of friends Psy-Crow and Peter Puppy. There are many new weapons and even the ability to snot swing whenever you see slimy green goo above you.

Title: Just Sing! Christmas Songs
System: DSiWare
Price: 200 Nintendo Points
Are you ready to sing Christmas carols and be told how off pitch you are? Well with Just Sing! you have two whole Christmas carols you can sing along to... yea only two songs but it is pretty cheap. Sing Silent Night and Jingle Bells using the DSi microphone and by Christmas day you'll be pitch perfect.

Title: Foto Face: The Face Stealer Strikes
System: DSiWare
Price: 800 Nintendo Points
This game is similar to that of Drawn To Life but instead you use your own face and voice to bring all the games characters to life. You get to place your face on the protagonist along with the enemies and you can voice everyone truly putting you in the game. Featuring nice graphics and a 3D platforming style, Foto Face offers a fun experience unique to the DSi.

Title:A Little Bit of... Magic Made Fun: Matchmaker
System: DSiWare
Price: 800 Nintendo Points
This title is meant to break the ice when meeting someone who could potentially be your life partner. You simply ask someone to write their favourite place to go or food and you do the same, the game will then reveal your matching answers. Another trick comes with the game has you take a photo of your palm and face and the DSi will correctly guess your age.

Title:myNotebook Red
System: DSiWare
Price: 200 Nintendo Points
From the creators of Pop!, MyNotebook offers you a virtual pen and paper which allows you can save notes and drawings on your DSi. This version offers a red colour scheme with blue also available and another colour on the way. There are over eighteen different paper styles to choose from and various pens and tools to use which will allow you to customise your notebook to reflect your personality or mood.
